In 2020 we completed the reconstruction of a heritage building for the New Grupo Oroño Medical Center, located on the Alto Rosario Shopping Mall. The new headquarters has 2,000 m² and is equipped with Doctor's Offices, Laboratories and Imaging Diagnostic Rooms. Inside the building, the construction is completely new, with metallic structures and Durlock enclosures. From EDILIZIA we carry out the survey with point clouds, the BIM modeling, the production of the executive file and the planning. In addition, we carry out the restoration of the shell of the existing heritage building and the execution of the work.
